Code of Conduct

Our founder has been a Christian for many years and credits much of his success to God’s blessing, the practice of biblical truths in dealing with people and handling finances, and plain, old-fashioned hard work. We have been granted a beautiful Republic, and our company supports the Constitution, the dignity of each and every human life, and capitalism. We believe that truth is absolute and not variable with the ever-changing degrees of man’s emotions and thoughts. We will be consistent and unwavering.

Our commitments to a high level of integrity are as follows:

• We will endeavor to leave each person, place, product, etc., better than when we found them or it. We will treat others as we would have them treat us. (Mt. 7:12-The Golden Rule)
• We will obey the applicable laws and regulations governing our business conduct.
• We will be fair, honest, and trustworthy in all our activities and relationships. Truth shall always prevail.
• We will avoid all conflicts of interest between work and personal affairs.
• We will strive to create a safe workplace, stable communities,  and protect the environment.
• Our leaders at all levels will sustain a culture in which ethical conduct is recognized, valued, and exemplified by all employees.
