Schematics are required to understand the electrical connectivity of the board. Schematics are also used to determine areas of concern with respect to the board’s testability. A "Readable" printed copy is the preferred format; but we can process electronically supplied Postscript files.

These drawings are used to identify component placement. In addition, we can determine devices that may cause fixturing problems i.e.: bottom side connectors, connectors extending beyond the edge of the board, switches needing tests mounted on the bottom of the board. Printed copy works best.

Used to determine board size and tooling hole placement. A "Readable" printed copy works for the fixturing process.

This should include reference designators, part numbers, values, and tolerances. An electronic copy works best for this data.

A Gen Cad file is preferred but 25 different systems can be converted if necessary. Other files that will be needed for test services are *.tpg, *.ckt, *.dpr, and *.nar.

Customer specific test and fixture requirements would be detailed in this document. Especially valuable if additional fixture hardware is needed.

Configuration of testing system previously used at manufacturing site. Items needed are Operating Software revision, U.U.T power supplies, Number of Pins, Optional hardware installed, Software Options (i.e.: Opens Xpress ^TM or Test Jet ^TM) and Listing of tools supported.
